How long is the warranty?
Two years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, against defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace the product without charge if examination shows a defect caused the failure.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Return the product to us properly packed with shipping charges prepaid, together with a sales receipt or other written proof of the purchase date.

How do I send something in for service?
No return authorisation or phone call is needed. Fill in the return form, include a copy with the product and all related components — in the original packaging where possible — and ship via a traceable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. C.O.D. shipments are not accepted.

I think my product is defective — what should I do?
Call technical support first. Some problems turn out to be an operating consideration that simply needs a little more explanation, and we can often sort it out on the phone.

Yes — to Canada and many destinations worldwide, with the exception of the European Union. Call or email us for a quote. Quotes include shipping by the best method with insurance unless you ask for other arrangements, and are valid for 30 days.

Can I buy replacement parts?
Yes. Belt clips, bezels, battery hatches, front labels, sensor cases, plastic housings and complete light kit bars are all stocked and sold individually.
