Pairing the ProChrono DLX with PS2
These steps are for PS2, the current PractiScore scoring app. For the original PractiScore app, see Pairing with PractiScore.
- Open the PS2 app on your mobile device.
- Turn on your ProChrono DLX.
- Create a new match in the PS2 app that supports a chrono stage (the IPSC, USPSA, IDPA and ICORE templates have one).
- Go back to the main screen for that match and tap “Build Stages”.
- Tap “Add Chrono” near the bottom of the screen.
- Go back to the main screen, tap “Edit Shooter/Squads” and add at least one shooter/squad.
- Go back to the main screen and tap “Enter Scores”.
- Select the “Chrono” stage.
- Tap the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner of the screen and choose “Chrono” from the drop-down.
- Make sure the ProChrono DLX is turned on. You should see the name “ProChrono” appear on the PS2 app screen along with its Bluetooth address. Tap it to connect.
- Go back to the Chrono stage screen and select the desired shooter.
- The last recorded velocity (if any) will appear on the app screen. If no velocities have been recorded, record one and tap “Velocity+” to add it to that shooter’s list.
- Continue recording velocities and adding them to the shooter’s list until the stage is complete.
Once pairing is complete, later sessions connect automatically as long as you use the same mobile device and ProChrono.
